looking for a Senior International Order Management Specialist who maintains direct contact with customers, both pre-sale and post-sale, ensuring positive customer relations that significantly impact service and product revenues.

In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to achieve maintenance services sales goals, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying new business opportunities throughout the sales process


What you will do:
Coordinate customer service activities to meet goals and customer needsProvide first-class customer service to Stryker's distributorsSupport logistics execution according to customer requirementsInteract with supply chain for inventory availabilityCollaborate for correct allocation decisionsSupport tactical issues with forwarders and customersProvide reporting to customers, sales, finance, and regulatory affairsIdentify opportunities for service and process improvementParticipate in projects to improve service, productivity, and cost reductionsEnsure compliance with Quality Management SystemMaintain team and individual complianceManage sales orders and upload them into Oracle systemHandle letter of credit management for high-value ordersCoordinate customer shipments with Venlo WarehouseSupport sales team with quotation and tender preparationsWhat you need:Proficiency in Oracle, SAP, and MS Office applications3-5 years of customer service and logistics operations experience or equivalentExperience in international customer service and distribution processesFamiliarity with preparing export documentationUnderstanding of international tradeFluency in English
