Lead and coordinate the activities of laundry attendants to ensure efficient operation and high‑quality service

Laundry Operations:
Oversee the entire laundry process, including sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and Maintenance: Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of all laundry equipment, reporting any maintenance issues to the engineering team for timely repair

Quality Control:
Conduct regular checks to ensure linens, uniforms, and guest laundry meet company quality standards before distribution

Inventory & Stock Control:
Monitor and manage stock levels of detergents, chemicals, and laundry supplies, ensuring proper storage and usage

Guest & Internal Services:
Coordinate guest laundry, dry cleaning, and pressing services, ensuring timely delivery and handling of special requests

Sustainability & Waste Management:
Implement eco‑friendly practices by optimizing water and energy consumption, reducing chemical waste, and promoting sustainable cleaning solutions

Safety & Hygiene Compliance:
Ensure all laundry processes comply with hygiene, safety, and infection control standards, including the proper handling of soiled and contaminated linens

Training & Development:
Provide training to laundry attendants on best practices, machine operation, safety protocols, and guest service excellence

Collaboration:
Work closely with the housekeeping, uniform, and linen departments to ensure smooth operations and timely linen distribution

Report & Documentation:

QualificationsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or certification in hospitality or textile management is a plus

Experience:
Minimum 2‑4 years of experience in a hotel or commercial laundry operation, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of laundry chemicals, fabric care, and machine &

Team Management:
Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team in a fast‑paced environment

Attention to Detail:
Strong ability to maintain high cleanliness, hygiene, and quality standards
