    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    At Expertise Recruitment, we are seeking a high-performing, Arabic-speaking Business Development Manager with a strong track record in enterprise software sales, specifically Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Proactively identify and close new business opportunities for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM) in the Middle East market by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
    2. Drive end-to-end sales cycles, including prospecting, client meetings, solution selling, proposal development, pricing negotiation, and closing to consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders in target accounts through regular communication and tailored solutions that address customer pain points.
    4. Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and position Oracle Fusion as a value-driven solution that meets their business requirements.
    5. Collaborate with pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop customized solutions that address customer needs and drive business outcomes.
    6. Stay up-to-date on Oracle's latest offerings and industry trends to ensure compelling product positioning and stay ahead of competitors.
    7. Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and regular progress reports to senior management to inform business decisions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
    • A minimum of 5-10 years of hunting sales experience in enterprise applications, preferably in Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
    • Strong background in Oracle Fusion Cloud sales (ERP/HCM/SCM preferred), with a proven track record of achieving quarter-on-quarter targets.
    • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken) - mandatory for effective communication and relationship-building.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills to engage with C-level stakeholders and influence buying decisions.
    • Ability to work in Dubai or willingness to relocate for this role.

    Preferred Attributes:

    • Prior experience selling into government, banking, or enterprise verticals in the GCC region.
    • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud commercial models and licensing to effectively communicate value propositions.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly disciplined in CRM and pipeline management to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
