Description
Your responsibilities will encompass, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Developing and executing the overall strategy for the outlet store.
  • Establishing goals and objectives for the stores.
  • Implementing and monitoring store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while overseeing a large operational team.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in the commercial processes related to outlets, including conducting ocular inspections of sites, designing store layouts, coordinating with suppliers, and collaborating with various departments (such as HR for recruitment, marketing, procurement/warehouse for purchasing, pricing, and store display), and possessing knowledge of outlet commercials (discounts, prices, deals, budget quotations).
  • Proactively sourcing new brands and engaging in direct supplier negotiations.
  • Identifying operational bottlenecks and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Generating reports for senior management.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience managing an outlet store in roles such as Area Sales Manager, Area Manager, Department Manager, or Boutique Manager.
  • Essential experience within the retail outlet sector or toys related areas.
  • Fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic preferred.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market.
  • Strong commercial understanding and the ability to establish a robust network (desirable).
  • Proficiency in implementing effective marketing strategies, including conducting SWOT analysis, etc.
  • A bachelor's degree is desirable but not mandatory.
We offer a competitive salary with incentives based on target achievements. The standard working hours are 9 hours daily, with a 1-hour lunch break, six days a week.


Salary:
Up to AED10,000.00 per month
