Responsibilities:


  • Lead and supervise a team of seasoned landscapers in the construction and maintenance of outdoor spaces, with a focus on swimming pool environments.
  • Implement landscaping plans that expertly complement and enhance swimming pool features, including softscape and hardscaping, planting, and irrigation.
  • Indepth knowledge of pool equipment and systems.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices for poolcentric projects.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to ensure the highest quality standards are consistently met, addressing any issues with your wealth of experience.

Requirements:


  • Proven track record as a Landscape Foreman, with a specialization in swimming pool projects.
  • 78 years of handson experience in landscape construction and maintenance, with a focus on poolcentric environments.
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, pool construction, and associated equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex landscape and pool plans.
