What We're
Looking For<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>

• A Bachelor's
  Degree in Finance/Commerce or a related field is preferred.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• 2 -3 years of
  Experience in a similar or related role.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Preference
  CA Inter/Semi Qualified, knowledge of UAE VAT Regulations.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Impeccable Negotiation
  and Communication Skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.<\/span><\/span>
  <\/span><\/li>
• Remarkable
  understanding of Credit Risk Management principles and practices.<\/span><\/span>

• Excellent
  analytical and decision -making skills.<\/span><\/span>

  Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/span><\/u><\/b>

  <\/p>

  • Books and Processes Vendor Invoices
    accurately and efficiently using the Sun system, ensuring proper coding,
    authorisation, and documentation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Reconciles Vendor Statements,
    investigates, and resolves discrepancies in a timely manner, collaborating with
    vendors and internal stakeholders as needed.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Performs regular Bank Reconciliations
    to ensure sensational Accuracy and Completeness of financial transactions.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Prepares and Performs Payment Runs,
    including vendor/supplier payments, payroll salary administration, and other
    disbursements, ensuring adherence to payment terms and company policies.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Maintains Accurate Records of
    accounts payable transactions in the general ledger and ensures they are
    properly Documented and Archived for auditing purposes.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assists in Month -End Closing
    activities including accruals, account reconciliations, and preparation of
    reports for management review.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Monitors Accounts Payable Ageing
    and takes proactive measures to ensure timely payments to vendors, minimising
    the risk of late fees and penalties.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborates with Procurement and
    other Departments in a 'FIVE -Star' Manner to Resolve Invoice and Payment -Related
    Issues, providing exceptional service to both internal and external
    stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Reviews and Reconciles 'FIVER' Expense
    Reports, ensuring next -level compliance with Company Policies and accurate
    recording in the general ledger.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/li>
  • Assists with Audits by providing
    necessary documentation and reconciliations, and Support to Auditors, ensuring Compliance
    with Internal Controls and Regulatory Requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Ensures Systematic Formal Approval
    of Invoices and related supporting documents from Heads of Department and Management.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
