- Ensure manpower resources ofElectrical Engineers Team are adequate and are utilizedefficiently.
- Establish performance criteria,agree performance objectives with the Team and develop competencyof team members.
- Organize internal qualityaudits/peer reviews for monitoring quality and ensure timelyclose-outof
- actions.
- Provide adviceand guidance to engineers and designers on important technicalissues as well as managerial matters.
- Providenecessary support and guidance to Project Control, Construction andCommissioning.
- Participate in Contract Reviewprocess and provide required inputs to LeadEngineer.
- Perform responsibilities of LeadEngineer in event of large project.
- DevelopElectrical engineering related CompanyStandards.
- Interact with peers from otheroffices across globe on regular basis to ensure consistency ofwork
