- Leading and managing change management initiatives for large-scale transformations, such as digital transformation, or organizational restructuring.
- Developing and implementing change management plans that are tailored to the specific needs of the organization and its employees.
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring their buy-in and support for change.
- Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization to build understanding and support for change.
- Identifying and managing risks and resistance to change.
- Monitoring and evaluating the success of change initiatives.
- Providing training and support to employees on how to manage change
- Change manager – Responsible for leading and managing the change management process for all the transformation initiatives in DAMAC
- Should be able to develop and implement change management plans, and communicate and advise Project managers
- Change manager also has to understand all the stages of change management end – to end and the language of change management
- Experience working with senior executives and other stakeholders in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration and or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in change management.
- Understand Agile project management.
