We are looking for an experienced Admin and Finance Specialist who will be responsible for carrying out financial cum HR/Admin duties.

This role will communicate and coordinate internally with Accounting Department, Commercial, Procurement & Logistics department, as well as externally with third parties to ensure company effective performance.

• Prepare PO/SO and enter DN/GRN in system.
• Prepare and post Sales and Purchase invoices.
• VAT Return Filing/Withholding Tax/Zakat Filing/Corporate Tx Filing.
• Coordinate with Auditor and close the statutory audit.
• Ensure timely bank payment and handle petty cash account.
• Manage and enter all accounting transactions.
• Projectwise allocation of cost and revenue.
• To prepare, check and verify payroll worksheet and timely submission and release of salary including Over time, incentive, other reimbursements, and deductions from the ledger.
• Preparation of WPS report and submission for salary release.
• Assist in the processing in Financial Reporting.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, and Finance
• 4+ years of experience as an accountant with atleast 2 years of experience in KSA/UAE.
• Well versed with the UAE/KSA Corporate Tax/Zakat/Withholding Tax/VAT/Labour Laws and other laws related to financial transactions.
• Proficient with Mircosoft Office.
• Exceptional knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles
• Knowledge of UAE/KSA Labour Laws and PRO related work.
• Excellent communication skills
