We are looking for a
Real Estate administrator with the below qualifications and requirements.


The Role:


  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal and external clients.
  • Filling out Legal Forms when required; Daily Management and updating of the listings on the CRM Data Entry (Editing and Posting ads and verifying in portals).
  • Preparing real estate forms and documents and completing paperwork for all real estate transactions in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.
  • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties, including open houses and the final walkthrough.
  • Assist in producing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build brand image.
  • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary.
  • Follow up with Agents and Clients for documents, and details as necessary.
  • Prepare Tenancy Contract and MOU requested for all closed deals.
  • Ensure that listing documents are done within compliance guidelines and correctly updated onto the internal CRM.
  • Prepare loyalty contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for real estate transactions.
  • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.
  • Punctual and presentative with a good personality.
  • Maintaining property files & Mail management.

Qualifications:


  • Knowledgeable in CRM Software
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Have experience in real estate listing with Property Finders, Dubizzle, and Bayut.
  • Knowledgeable about the Tarakhesi system and creating advertising permits.
  • Knowledgeable on real estate and property rules and regulations.
  • A background in sales and marketing is considered a bonus
    .

Skills:


  • Sales skills ability to negotiate and persuade well.
  • Proficient in the use of the computer and with Microsoft tools (ex. Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Good communication and writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to communicate to clients of differing backgrounds and respond to and address their inquiries correctly.

Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
