    As our Performance Marketing Executive(Arabic Speaking), you will help drive our marketing strategies by developing and executing high-impact pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns across multiple platforms. Your creativity and resourcefulness will be vital in capturing the right target audience for your campaigns. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with cross-functional teams across different time zones to bring your plans to fruition.

    Your challenges
    • Develop and execute audience targeting campaigns on Google Ads, Bing, Facebook, and other platforms to drive traffic to our website and increase conversions.
    • Measure, monitor, and optimise your campaigns by employing industry best practices while seeking opportunities to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Ensure consistency among landing pages, search ad keywords, and banners, optimising them for maximum conversion rates.
    • Devise targeted paid advertising strategies tailored for expansion within the Arabic-speaking countries of the MENA region.
    • Collaborate across departments, ensuring marketing syncs seamlessly with Deriv's broader objectives.


    Requirements

    • Familiar with optimising campaigns based on KPIs like CPC, CTR, CPL, and ROAS
    • Deep understanding of the Arabic language, its nuances, and its various dialects used across the MENA region
    • University degree in finance, business, marketing, or a related field
    • Proficiency in the latest digital advertising tools
    • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to share insight to improve
    • The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with an international team

    Requirements
    University degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field 3+ years of software development experience, specifically focusing on user tracking, data layers, and third-party integrations Experience in designing, executing, and analysing A/B tests during the development process Strong programming skills in languages like JavaScript, Python, Java, or equivalents Fluency in Flutter for mobile app development across iOS and Android platforms Proficiency in using DataDog RUM or similar tools for real-time user monitoring and performance assessment Hands-on experience with web and mobile app analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Familiarity with data layer management tools like Google Tag Manager, Tealium, and third-party APIs. Deep understanding of data security, privacy regulations, and compliance requirements, including GDPR and CCPA Attention to detail with strong organisational, problem-solving, critical thinking, and time-management abilities Excellent spoken and written English communication skills What's good to have Familiarity with server-side technologies (e.g., , Perl), data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, ), SQL and data analysis, and Cloud technologies (GCP, AWS, Azure)
