We are seeking anexperienced Civil Foreman Engineer with a strong background incivil engineering and extensive experience in the oil & gasconstruction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8years of experience along with excellent English communicationskills. As a Civil Foreman Engineer you will oversee the dailyoperations of our construction sites ensuring projects arecompleted on time within budget and according to safety and qualitystandards.

MainResponsibilities:

Superviseand coordinate the activities of construction workers on oil& gasprojects.
Readand interpret project plans blueprints and other writteninstructions and diagrams to perform tasksassigned.
Monitorconstruction operations to ensure compliance with designspecifications and safety or sanitationstandards.
Directand lead workers engaged in construction activities includingexcavation construction andinstallation.
Coordinatewith project managers engineers and other construction specialiststo discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures complaintsand constructionproblems.
Inspectand review projects to monitor compliance with building and safetycodes and otherregulations.
Estimatematerial and worker requirements to complete jobs managinginventories and ordering supplies asnecessary.
Ensurequality control standards are met and that construction activitiesmove according to predeterminedschedules.
Developand maintain good working relationships with clients contractorsand teammembers.

RequirementsEssentialQualifications:

Diplomain Civil Engineering or a closely relatedfield.
Minimumof 8 years of experience in civil construction projectsspecifically within the oil & gasindustry.
Proficientin English communication both written andspoken.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
