Description
Development of Project Baseline Plan, Planning Package, Project Budgets.

  • Preparation Change of Scopes proposals, Estimation of Quantity.
  • Regular Tracking and monitoring of projects using project management software such as Primavera v6 and Microsoft Projects.
  • Preparing Overall Look ahead Schedules, KPI, S Curve, Manpower Histograms.
  • Preparing Reports to identify critical path and activities for any future mitigation plan for the Management and other stakeholders.
  • Analyzing the Critical Path and alarming the Project Managers for any delay and Consequent Recovery Programs.
  • Delay Analysis of Project and assisting Claims for preparation of EOTs.
  • Holding Progress Review Meetings with Construction Teams and set Targets and impediments to achieve the same.
  • Preparing Project Charter, Project Execution Plans, Project Control Plans, CBS WBS Mapping, Project Dashboards, Weekly Reports and Monthly Reports.
  • Attending Weekly Client Meetings on a regular basis as and when the need arises to resolve Project related issues and effective monitoring of the Project.

Salary:
AED12, AED14,000.00 per month
