    About the role

    The roleholder is responsible for formulating business developmentstrategies and managing efficient for the purpose of achievingcommercial objectives and meeting sales targets. The role holder isalso responsible for identifying new development opportunities andrecommending the investments based on commercial evaluation and theBusiness Units organizational objectives.

    CoreResponsibilities

    • Developsenhances and implements sales strategies for the Business Unit toincrease revenues and achieve overall commercial and salestargets
    • Monitors the sales performance of theBusiness Unit to ensure compliance with articulated strategies andprovides recommendations to enhance business performance
    • Establishes and leverages partnerships and networks tomaximize the achievement of business goals by leading initiativesand engaging key stakeholders in the development execution andevaluation of appropriate business plans
    • Generates leads for potential business partners evaluatesthem for the benefit of the organization and providesrecommendations to the senior management related to marketpenetration
    • Appraises the proposed/potentialinvestment opportunities and reviews financial estimates based onvaluations and feasibility studies
    • Manages theSLA and commercial terms and agreements in collaboration with theLegal department
    • Oversees the relationship with existing key customers/accounts in order to meet objectives of retention and furtheraccount development; develops retention strategies for keycustomers
    • Directs thedevelopment and implementation of the standards and servicequalities to maintain the customer service standardsadopted
    • Promotes highquality customerexperience and satisfaction by ensuring exceptional services isprovided to customers and clients at all times
    • Oversees accurate record keeping of all customerinteractions including details of inquiries complaints and commentsas well as actions taken to resolve/ address the inquiry
    • Provides accurate timely and sales forecasting on aperiodic basis and discusses inefficiencies related to theperformance of the sales
    • Synthesizes andreports current business and market intelligence or trend data fromavailable industry reports public information field reports orpurchased sources to support recommendations for making investmentdecisions
    • Oversees and review all weeklymonthly and quarterly reports pertaining to business developmentand sales; Presents reports to the senior management wheneverrequired
    • Acts as a point of contact for escalatedcustomer inquiries/complaints regarding the Business Units servicesand ensures it is resolved in a timely manner

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in selling high end furniture orluxury products is a MUST
    • At least with Highschool diploma
    • Excellent communicationskills
