Reviewing and approving MEP design documents and specifications

Coordination between MEP draftsman and civil team with the objective of timely completion of the project as per project specifications and by meeting policies and procedures.
Coordinating material handling, installation works, testing and commissioning to meet the contract program.
Monitoring the materials used by subcontractors for the production to ensure all the materials comply with the project specifications.
Ensuring the compliance with the authority requirement and attending authority inspections
Carry out inspection for MEP contractor material along with Project Coordinator
Conducting and facilitating meeting with MEP subcontractors, client representative and/or consultants to meet site program and solve the problems that may arise.
Having profound knowledge and experience as Mechanical or Electrical Engineer and have building construction work experience in UAE.
Proficient in using of computer softwares related to construction works such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Must possess thorough knowledge of UAE Regulations
Proficient in coordination with clients and consultants with excellent communication skills to drive the project according to its specifications.

Minimum Experience : 3-5years
