Job Qualifications:
- Experience in document controlling is preferred.
- An excellent grasp of Microsoft Office programs
especially MS Excel. - Detailfocused document organizing abilities.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
Job Description:
- Develop and maintain document control processes for the efficient management and recording all documentations.
- Ensure that all the relevant Project documentation are registered / maintained.
- Develop Photocopies / Binding and transmitting of documents as part of client's submission.
- Assist with the general project administration.
- Probable site assignation.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
