- Co ordinate with the Client for delivery of the project
- Carry out detailed site surveys
- Prepare Conceptual design reports and cost estimates
- Prepare Scope of Works and BOQ and Works Tender Documents
- Undertake Technical and Commercial Evaluation of Bids received
- Prepare Works Contract document
- Conduct the project by conducting Kick off meetings, Monthly project meeting, Weekly site review meetings to ensure projectcomplies with the specifications.
