    In This Role, You Will BeResponsible For

    • Acting as a business finance partnerand helps Operations define relevant plan togrow
    • Supporting business functional leaders tomake strategic decision on resources allocation & costactions.
    • Developing and produce standardreporting, presentation materials; and cost analysis and reports tobuild decision-making.
    • Defining KPIs to measurethe performance in all areas of the organization- manufacturing,R&D, engineering, supply chain,commissioning.
    • Analyzing the performance andpropose action plans to improve profitability and cash generationas well as corrective action plans asneeded.
    • Managing the business cycle- 3 yearplan, budget, forecasts at each level of theorganization.
    • Providing advice and guidance tofunctional management or business functions on approaches,projects, programs in the functional area and ways ofworking.
    • Contributing towards taking importantdecisions with business relevance or supporting business in makingdecisions understanding broader cross-functionalimplications.
    • Communicating high-level conceptsto Senior leadership & executives. Frequent use of coachingand development of subordinates.
    • Deliveringspecialized professional work delivered by single-layered team orprofessional work delivered by multi-layeredteams.
    • Handling complex professional work inthe department. Cases are unique and sometimes without precedent.Knowledge management & developing new approaches isimportant.
    • Leading, designing, and implementingof projects.

    To BeSuccessful In This Role You Will

    • Have a Bachelor's degree inAccounting/Finance/Business/Commercial or similar from anaccredited university or college
    • Have at least5 years of experience in finance, preferably in FP&AOperations.
    • Have intermediate to advancedMicrosoft Excel skills, including the ability to perform lookups,pivot tables and formulas/macros
    • Excellentwritten and oral communication skills
    • Greatinterpersonal and leadership skills
