- In lieu of formal education 23 +years of combined experience with Engineering, Construction,Commissioning andPreservation
- Bachelor's degree inengineering or related field
- 15 + years ofcombined experience with Engineering, Construction, Commissioningand Preservation with average experience of 20 +years
- Must have 10 + years of completionsexperience
