Description

• Supervise daily operations on the floor to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to promote growth and development.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and maintenance, to optimize overall performance and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing requirements to meet operational needs.

• Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fastpaced environment.
• Knowledge of inventory management and customer service principles.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in management is a plus.
