ExperienceRequirements:

• Experience level: 15years
• 10 years or more experience UAE or MiddleEast
• Minimum 05 years as Lead Engineer onmedium to large scale projects in similar business orindustry
• Familiarity with applicable codes,standards and regulations used in MiddleEast.
• HSE compliance and ability to work inmultidisciplinary teams
  

Skills &Professional Requirements:

• Proven project management experienceas well as a good understanding of businessissues.
• Good level of experience in the relatedfield, industry, and locations of the work in UAE with ADNOCGroup.
• Have worked as a Lead Engineer(Engineering) on the electrical & instrumentationprojects.
• Experience working on ADNOCbrownfield projects is preferred.
• Brownfieldexperience in replacement of switchgears in oil and gasindustry.
• Experience in the use of Smart PlantInstrumentation (SPI/In tools) is anasset.
• Good knowledge and experience in projectmonitoring and forecasting
• Ability to managechange control process on project with subcontractors andinterfaces (if any).
• In-depth knowledge of alltypes of project information (deliverables) and its uses andcapable of managing information management projectteam
• Good knowledge of all handover andclose-out activities required for client, andsuppliers.
