We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Draftsman with 1-2 years of experience in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Revit software.

As a Draftsman, you will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings for our projects. If you have a passion for design, excellent technical skills, and a keen eye for precision, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Utilize BIM and Revit software to develop 2D and 3D architectural and engineering drawings.

Collaborate with project teams to understand design requirements and translate them into precise technical drawings.

Create and modify building models, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details according to project specifications.

Ensure compliance with Dubai Code standards and project guidelines throughout the drafting process.

Perform quality checks to verify accuracy and completeness of drawings.

Assist in the coordination of drawing revisions and updates as required.

Stay updated with the latest software advancements and industry trends related to BIM and Revit.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably with a focus on BIM and Revit.

Proficiency in using Revit software for creating architectural and engineering drawings.

Strong understanding of BIM principles and workflows.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and error-free drawings.

Knowledge of construction practices, materials, and building codes.

Ability to interpret and understand architectural and engineering drawings.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with project teams.

Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Certification or training in BIM and Revit software is a plus.

[English is mandatory, Arabic is a plus)
