A Kindergarten, situated in Al Barsha South, is currently seeking a committed individual to take on the role of Principal.

Our esteemed institution follows the American curriculum, catering to students from ages 2 to 6, while adhering with Early Learning Development Guidelines.

Responsibilities:

Assume leadership in the overall management and organization of Smart Start Kindergarten.
Develop and implement strategies aimed at fostering school improvement and ensuring educational excellence.
Cultivate a collaborative environment among staff, students, and parents to foster inclusivity and support.
Uphold effective communication and foster positive relationships within the school community.
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to changes, supporting institutional growth and development.

Requirements:

Possess a Bachelor's degree and hold Qualified Teacher Status.
Hold a CACHE Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children's Care, Learning, and Development, or an equivalent qualification.
Demonstrate proficiency in both written and spoken English.
Showcase a proven track record of successfully implementing initiatives for school improvement.
Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in educational leadership roles.
Provide evidence of ongoing professional development activities.
Exhibit excellent communication skills and embrace a collaborative leadership style.
Flourish in a dynamic educational environment and display ambition and motivation.
Commit to serving as a positive role model for both students and staff members.

Pay:
From AED15,000.00 per month
