    Deepbath is a major manufacturer of Premium Scented Candles and Korean Beauty.

    The Role

    Product Management

    You will be responsible for :

    • Welling to learn to make candles, soap bars, and other products.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings.
    • Add new products to our website and various marketplace platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon).
    • Regularly review and optimize product descriptions, images, and prices.

    Inventory Management

    • Monitor stock levels and reorder products when they are running low.
    • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure precision.

    Order Processing

    • Process and fulfill customer orders promptly.
    • Handle customer inquiries related to orders and shipping.

    Supplier Relations

    • Place orders for raw materials and restock inventory as needed.
    • Maintain effective communication with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.

    Social Media Management

    • Create engaging content and schedule social media posts.
    • Actively engage with our social media community, responding to comments, and collaborating with influencers for promotions.
    • Welling to learn and use Software like Cap-Cut for video editing

    Website Management

    • Maintain and update our Shopify website, including product additions and content updates.
    • Optimize product pages for SEO to enhance online visibility.

    Marketplace Management

    • Oversee our Amazon and Noon seller accounts, including managing listings, pricing, and providing excellent customer service.

    Content Creation

    • Produce high-quality product photos and videos for marketing purposes.
    • Edit photos and videos to create compelling content for social media and our website.
    • Able to Learn latest software program for editing.

    Influencer Collaboration

    • Identify and engage potential influencers for collaborations.
    • Manage influencer partnerships, including email communication, campaign coordination, and tracking performance.

    Daily Updates

    • Provide daily or regular updates to keep our manager informed of important developments.

    Adaptability

    • Be open to taking on additional tasks and responsibilities to support business growth and success.

    Training And Skill Development

    • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance relevant skills.

    Ideal Profile

    Qualifications

    • High School Diploma (Minimum education requirement).
    • Good Computer Skills (Proficiency in using computers and common software).
    • Good Communication Skills (Ability to interact with customers and suppliers).
    • Attention to Detail (Important for managing inventory and orders accurately).
    • Willingness to Learn (Openness to training and adapting to new tasks).
