About the Role:
As a Saviynt Consultant you will be expected to contribute to the delivery of Saviynt Projects to our clients professionally.
We are looking for professionals with 4 to 5 years of experience for our Identity and Access Management Practice (IAM).
Candidates should be self-starters with a track record of problem-solving, excellent communication, and participation in a diverse range of projects.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Management and delivery of client engagements while ensuring quality and value additionTraining entry-level professionals in understanding IAM conceptsServe as an escalation point for project services and incidentsCollaborate with other leads to support implementation of secure IAM solutionsCollaborate on the delivery of multiple IAM-related projects and initiatives in a fast-paced, Agile environment, ensuring that new functionalities and integrations satisfy the business needDesign, deploy, implement and integrate Saviynt with critical applications and infrastructureConduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to address effectively and solve customer challengesPerform hands-on troubleshooting, implementation, and setup of the technical infrastructureAssist Business Analysts with documentation of detailed functional and technical requirements Develop procedures and scripts for continuous improvement and maintenance activities Strong working knowledge of Java and the ability to write scriptsDevelop documentation, workflow diagrams, and test scriptsProvide timely, high-quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations including coordinating the development and execution of the consulting work plan and client deliverablesRequirementsCandidate Requirements:
Experience with Saviynt implementations, preferably in a consultant role with client exposure, in complex and diverse customer environments 4-5 years of proven experience in the relevant domain Have a good understanding of IGA, PAM, SSO, and MFA platforms as wellAbility to adapt to new technologies/tools as per business requirementsProficient in any programming/scripting languages will be an added advantage (Python, Java, PowerShell)
Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skillsAny accreditation for Identity tools is a plusExcellent analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentAbility to work independently, adapt quickly, communicate the requirements and design directly with customers and maintain a positive attitude Ready to quickly learn upcoming IDM toolsBenefitsLocation and Commitments:
