    Join our team atCovanta Montgomery as an Administrative Assistant, whereyou'll provide vital support to our management team, HumanResources, and day-to-day operations. This multifaceted roledemands self-drive, organization, and proficiency in MicrosoftOffice suite. Responsibilities include reporting, accountreconciliation, supply procurement, and HRassistance.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Complete daily, weekly, and monthlyreports for internal and externalclients.
    • Process accounts reconciliation andvendor payments.
    • Review and reconciling dailyinvoices.
    • Ordering and managing office suppliesand safety equipment.
    • Assist with Corporate,Regional, and Facility programs.
    • Assist with HRduties, including auditing timecards, processing paperwork, helpingwith new employee orientation, and ordering uniforms.

    Qualifications:

    • GED/HSDiploma
    • Advanced knowledge level in MS Exceland Outlook

    PhysicalDemands:

    While performing theduties of this job, the employee may be regularly required tostand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands andfingers to operate a computer, telephone, andkeyboard.

    Shift:

    Mondaythrough Friday dayshift with an occasionalSaturday
