• Assisting with network capacity planning and network infrastructure upgrades.
• Creating and maintaining network documentation, including diagrams and inventories.
• Training end-users on network-related best practices and security protocols.
• Staying updated with the latest networking technologies and protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or Network+.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies.
• Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
