    CreativeDesignerPurpose

    TheCreative designer is responsible for creating appealing visualcommunication in the most appropriate format agreed on and withinthe brand guidelines.

    KPIs

    Designs should be of high quality, appealing and in accordance withbrand/organizationguidelines.

    High level attention to detail.

    High level creativity.

    He/she has to have a quick turnaround time that fits within the setdeadlines.

    Responsibilities

    • Provenrecord in creative design with top-notch experience in all Adobeproducts.
    • Createand design various materials for print and digitalcollateral.
    • Createappealing graphics for online marketing, website, marketingcontent, store communication, internal communicationetc.
    • Ensureprojects are completed within the scope of the project and onschedule.
    • Establishand create consistency in creative direction for the company aswell as brandguidelines.
    • Prioritizeand manage multiple projects within design specifications andwithin thebudget.
    • Editingphotography on a wide range of products for use on ecommerceplatforms.
    • Workwith a wide range of graphic designsoftware.

    Requirements

    • Certificateor diploma or any related knowledge in graphic design or relatedfield.
    • Atleast 3 years experience as a creativedesigner.
    • Demonstrablegraphic design skills with a strongportfolio.
    • Proficiencywith Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and othergraphic designsoftware.
    • Akeen eye for details and visualcomposition.
    • Effectivetime management skills and the ability to meetdeadlines.
    • Ableto give and receive constructivecriticism.
    • Highdegree of independentjudgment.
    • Understandingof marketing brand books, production, corporate identity, productpackaging, advertisements, and multimediadesign.
    • Hasan Interest in Automotive parts.
    • Fluentwritten and spoken English.
    • AdvancedEditing and Graphic DesignSkills.
