Job Summary:


As a Partnerships Associate, you will identify, establish, and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and achieve organizational objectives.

You will work closely with the partnerships team to build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing partners, negotiate agreements, and execute collaborative initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential partnership opportunities that align with the company's goals and values.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

Collaborate with the partnerships team to create compelling partnership proposals and pitch to potential partners.

Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and favorable outcomes for both parties.

Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring regular communication and coordination between stakeholders.

Analyze partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.

Support marketing and promotional efforts in collaboration with partners.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership prospects.

Represent the company at industry events and networking functions to promote brand awareness and partnership opportunities.


Requirements:

Arabic Speaker Only, With Valid Residence Visa.

Fresh Grad, Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in partnership development, sales, or business development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Analytical mindset to assess partnership performance and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of the industry and market trends specially E-commerce industry.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.


Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
