Executive Secretary
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the daily schedule and appointments.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
- Make travel arrangements and coordinate logistics for business trips.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with special projects and adhoc tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or secretarial studies.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive secretary or similar role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Certifications in secretarial skills or office management are a plus.
- Experience working with senior executives and managing their schedules.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective correspondence and interaction.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, including document editing and proofreading.
- Professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Fluency in English.
Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
