Our client, a leading govt company is looking for an experienced Lease Admin for their Ajman Location.

Responsibilities:_

  • Produce lease audits to ensure the compliance with the procedures and approvals, preparing departments and employees performance reports, preparing and sending tenant notices, creating and modifying ISO Lease Forms.
  • Mange day to day operations in accordance with the corporation's policies and standards.
  • Utilizes, updates and manages all tools and resources available to manage workload, including checklists, databases, logs and other related reporting tools.
  • Followingup with lease staff/ branch managers to attend all important or pending issues, like following expired contracts to be terminated, renewed or transferred to legal Dept.
  • Supporting lease team by preparing, printing and scanning documents and other daily operations.
  • Investigating online competitor's rental rates and their provided facilities to support our pricing decisions.

Requirements:_

  • Excellent telephone manner and communications skills written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management skills and ability to multi task and prioritize work.
  • Selfmotivated, responsible and able to display initiative.
  • Flexible, eager to learn and take on new challenges.
  • PC literate, proficient in the use of Excel and with good knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Analytically minded with excellent administrative skills and a confidence in working with numerical data.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.

Job Types:

Salary:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
