- Audit Leads are identified whenthe annual Audit Programme is prepared. The expectation is thatAudit Lead will lead more audits than they Team Member on, and thatthey lead the larger and more complexaudits.
- Audit Lead will be accountable to theSAM for the end-to-end delivery of the Audit (Scoping, Planning,Execution, Reporting and Closure) in line with GIA methodology. Itis likely that at times during the end-to-end process the AuditLead will have other activities to deliver such as planning theirnext audit and being a Team Member on otheraudits.
- In addition to delivering the audit theAudit Lead is also responsible for uploading the Findings to thedatabase of Findings and assigning the relevant owner for eachfinding.
