    Description
    • Conduct an analysis of the currentemergency response resources across all operations and identify thestrengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. (Current StateReport).
    • Identify the gaps and areas forimprovement resource provision, including structure, governance,strategic positioning of resources, capabilities, and futurechallenges.
    • Support the development of theoverarching vision and strategy for the future state, including itscentralization, unification, modernization, andoptimization.
    • Support the development of a fitfor purpose unified structure , including the roles,responsibilities, and reporting lines of the key positions, andoptimization of resources.
    • Assist in thedevelopment of the overarching roadmap and the action plan for theimplementation of the strategy, including the timelines,milestones, deliverables, and identified fire & rescueresources.
    • Support the enhancement of theemergency preparedness arrangement , with particular emphasis onthe utilization and provision of fit for purposeresources.
    • Provide regular progress reports andupdates to the review manager, review team members, review Lead andSteering Committee.
    • Support the development ofa change management strategy / process and the stakeholderengagement for the successful execution of the reviewrecommendations.

    Qualifications AndExperience

    • A minimum of 10 years'experience in emergency response and preparedness planning /resourcing mapping, preferably in the oil and gas industry,industrial and aviation sectors.
    • A proven trackrecord in risk management and pre-Incident planning within theemergency response sector, in particular fire and rescueoperations, with preferable experience within organizationaltransformation.
    • A sound knowledge of the bestpractices and the international standards in fire and rescueoperations and service provision, including the NFPA and Europeanframeworks.
    • A strong analytical,problem-solving, and decision-makingskills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation,and interpersonal skills.
    • A high level ofproficiency in English, both written andspoken.
    • An ability to work independently and aspart of a team.
    • A willingness to travel andwork in different locations asrequired.
