    Description

    Our client, a well-known automotive spare parts firm, is currently looking to hire for HR Manager in Dubai. As an HR Manager, your primary role is to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives, aiming for high employee engagement and commitment. The HR Manager will report directly to the Managing Director Other responsibilities would include but not limited to:

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational needs.
    • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues and grievances.
    • Conduct investigations and disciplinary procedures according to company policy.
    • Ensure legal compliance of HR state, regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required.
    • Manage and maintain employee records in compliance with data protection laws.
    • Design and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet legal requirements.
    • Administer payroll and maintain records related to compensation data.
    • Coordinate and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
    • Assess and monitor employee engagement, providing recommendations for improvement.
    • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
    • Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates and absenteeism.
    • Prepare and control the department's budget
    • Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth internal communications.
    • Lead employee engagement initiatives to cultivate a positive work environment.
    • Maintain up-to-date employee records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Organize internal events and meetings as required.


    Requirements

    To be considered in this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Master's degree a plus
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role combining HR and Administration
    • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
    • Proficient in MS Office and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
