    Operations

    • Warmly welcoming customers andvisitors .
    • Understanding thecompany's operations and be able to assist clients byproviding information about products,services.
    • Responding to customer inquiries& complaints in person, via phone, via email, vissystem
    • Resolving customer issues, concerns, orcomplaints in a timely and efficient manner or escalating complexissues to the appropriate department or supervisor asneeded
    • Engaging with customers to build rapportand enhance their overallexperience.
    • Encouraging customer feedback andaddressing any issues proactively
    • Monitoringand ensuring the security and safety of the premises and followingsecurity protocols and addressing any securityconcerns.
    • Coordinating & communicatingwith the relevant the company's Business departments in aclear and concise manner to meet customerneeds.
    • Maintaining accurate records of customerinteractions and relevant information through the Daily LogSystem
    • The Agents are liable to keep all theCompanies information (location, employee details, contact numbers)in complete discretion andconfidentiality.
    • Managing multiple taskssimultaneously, such as answering phones, attending to visitors,and handling administrativeduties
    • Communicating effectively withcolleagues to share information and updates wheneverneeded.
    • The Agents Supervisor to maintain onefile with all details and is responsible for updating thesame.
    • Responding calmly and efficiently incrisis situations and follow established protocols for emergencyprocedures.
