Description
Minimum 3 years UAE experience in FM company as Hard Services Supervisor (MEP & HVAC)- Deploy each technicians to assigned site on day to day schedule
- Good working knowledge in MS Office (excel, word, outlook). Must be able to generate reports.
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties on daily basis.
- Good knowledge on operations and maintenance field. Must be up to date on knowledge to improve facilities and equipment lifecycle.
- Knowledge in CAFM operation
- Good team management skills and ensure quality of work after completion.

AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
