Right Calibre is offering commission-based work-from-home opportunities for passionate recruiters based in the UAE. All necessary tools and training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct executivelevel headhunting.
Meet revenue targets and achieve individual and team KPIs in a dynamic and competitive recruitment environment.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of endtoend recruitment experience in staffing, recruitment agencies/consultancies, or executive search firms, with at least 1 year in the UAE/GCC recruitment market.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Must hold a UAE residence visa under parent/spouse sponsorship.
Thorough understanding of the local UAE and GCC recruitment market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong relationship management and negotiation abilities.
Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
Targetoriented individuals with the ability to work remotely and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
