    We are seeking a topqualityBusiness Development Executive for our Abu Dhabi Office. Candidatesmust reside in Abu Dhabi to be considered for thisposition.

    You must be a high Caliberprofessional keen to work as part of our team of businessdevelopment specialists.

    The key competencieswe seek are: previous telesales / business development experience;attention to detail; the aptitude to communicate in a dynamic andpositive way both internally within the office environment andexternally when dealing with clients; a positive work ethic;dependability; a totally customer focused outlook; skills tocompetently work with Microsoft Office; and preferably fluency inspoken and written English. You also need to be able to work wellunder pressure be targetdriven and a selfmotivated team playerdemonstrate a consistently proactive approach with firstrateplanning and organizing skills.

    TheRole

    The overall aim of the role isto handle the assigned Sales and Administrative functionsefficiently and effectively. The main tasks involved in the roleare:

    • To execute all assigned Salesand Administrative functions as per Spearheadsstandards.
    • To achieve an annual targetaveraged per month over the twelvemonth period from your saleseffort for Public Courses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
    • To implement an effective marketing strategy for thePublic Courses by:
      • Assisting in thepreparation checking and distribution of flyers viaemail
      • Sending brochures / calendar asappropriate to relevant clients
    • To interact with clients on the telephone and facetofacein a manner that will enhance and promote the professional image ofSpearhead.
    • To provide Spearheads Trainers withthe required equipment and support that will allow them to delivertopquality training.

    The workingweek is five days Monday to Friday. However candidates will beexpected to work hard to meet targets and deadlines. If this meansputting in extra hours at times then you should be prepared to dothis.
