Master Data Officers are presently being needed to join our expanding team in Dubai.

You will carry out tasks for the entities as a master data officer in accordance with the established control framework and to promote process optimization and best practices across IHS.

You are specifically accountable for:
Key Responsibilities - Processing and recording all master data across Source-to-Pay, Fixed Assets, Inventory, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report.

- Create/ maintain various forms of Master Data - including, but not limited to, supplier data, item data, procurement catalogue, asset/inventory groups, warehouses, chart of accounts, customer data, and exchange rate tables.

- Supporting the Month-end close processes by responding to and resolving master data queries/issues. - Supporting key stakeholders across the multiple SSC functions and global entities with master data related queries. - Ensuring compliance to internal controls framework and supporting internal and external audits. - Support change, process standardization & continuous improvement mindset across IHS Mon

Requirements:

• Worked in Shared Service Center environment (desirable)
• Deep understanding of the endtoend Master Data processes in scope
