    • Offer consistently professional,friendly, warm and engaging service
    • Beavailable for Guests at all times as a point ofcontact
    • Actively represent all standards of theArabian Cultural Connection program, and interact with guests usingthe coffee and dates station
    • Plays vital partin the Rotana Service Distinction program, by welcoming guests uponarrival to the hotel main door, escorting guests to check-in point,attending to guests on queue, greeting guests on their way tobreakfast and inquire about their satisfaction, and biddingfarewell to departing guests at the hotel maindoor
    • Use the Tablet Registration tool toregister guests on queue while waiting for their turn to check-inat the Front Desk
    • Extend personal service andattention to all Guests, with particular emphasis to Club Rotana,VIP Guests, and Rotana RewardsGuests
    • Proactively meet arriving guests at themain entrance and once they exit theirtransportation
    • Seeks out revenue opportunitiessuch as taking restaurant reservations, sales leadsetc.
    • Maintains and promotes up to dateknowledge of the hotel and local services and supply informationand respond to Guest queries
    • Deal promptly,efficiently and pleasantly with any queries
    • Beaware of all special offers, promotions, and packages at the hotelto promote to guests

    Skills

    Education,Qualifications &Experiences

    You should ideallyhave a diploma / degree in hospitality with previous experiences inthe Front Office Department within a hotel. You must deal in apolite and sophisticated manner and have an excellent command ofthe English language, both spoken and written. Multiple languageability is considered as additionaladvantage.
