- Beavailable for Guests at all times as a point ofcontact
- Actively represent all standards of theArabian Cultural Connection program, and interact with guests usingthe coffee and dates station
- Plays vital partin the Rotana Service Distinction program, by welcoming guests uponarrival to the hotel main door, escorting guests to check-in point,attending to guests on queue, greeting guests on their way tobreakfast and inquire about their satisfaction, and biddingfarewell to departing guests at the hotel maindoor
- Use the Tablet Registration tool toregister guests on queue while waiting for their turn to check-inat the Front Desk
- Extend personal service andattention to all Guests, with particular emphasis to Club Rotana,VIP Guests, and Rotana RewardsGuests
- Proactively meet arriving guests at themain entrance and once they exit theirtransportation
- Seeks out revenue opportunitiessuch as taking restaurant reservations, sales leadsetc.
- Maintains and promotes up to dateknowledge of the hotel and local services and supply informationand respond to Guest queries
- Deal promptly,efficiently and pleasantly with any queries
- Beaware of all special offers, promotions, and packages at the hotelto promote to guests

You should ideallyhave a diploma / degree in hospitality with previous experiences inthe Front Office Department within a hotel. You must deal in apolite and sophisticated manner and have an excellent command ofthe English language, both spoken and written. Multiple languageability is considered as additionaladvantage.
