Reporting to the Broker Sales and Support Team Manager you will be responsible for the end to end broker service process for our CGHO intermediaries

Job Responsibilities:

Handling incoming queries from web based customers, brokers and intermediaries to obtain and provide information to support the frontline sales teamSupport the company's achievement of key performance indicators ("KPIs")Perform all duties in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and company policyProvide the highest levels of broker support service, striving for first contact resolution, responding within given timelines.

Monitor central team inbox and report on work levels and control work flow


Job Requirements:
A minimum of 12 months experience in medical administration or customer service focused organization.
Experience of working in a contact centre environment.
Experience of working in a multilingual capacity would be beneficialAbility to meet/exceed targets and manage multiple priorities.
