Job summary
The Chef de Cuisine will lead and manage all kitchen operations in line with resort standards and operating procedures ensuring consistent food quality presentation and service excellence across all services. They will plan control stock levels inventory and food costs to meet budget targets supervise motivate and develop kitchen teams to perform at the highest level communicate directly with guests when required drive continuous improvement in food quality guest satisfaction operational efficiency enforce service standards operational procedures at all times.
