    Job Summary

    We are seeking an experienced Showroom Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive sales in our luxurious showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in luxury retail, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to maintain high-end standards.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Leadership
      • Maintain impeccable visual standards in line with each brand's identity and aesthetic.
      • Set and track showroom performance targets (sales, customer satisfaction, etc.), providing reports and strategic insights to senior leadership.
    • Client Experience & Sales
      • Cultivate relationships with high-value retail and business clients to drive sales.
      • Foster a warm, exclusive environment, coordinating private viewings, complimentary design consultations, and special events.
      • Mentor and motivate the showroom team, offering training on product expertise, customer engagement strategies, and luxury service protocols.
    • Brand & Product Knowledge
      • Serve as a brand ambassador for all partner brands, demonstrating in-depth familiarity with their histories, design philosophies, and technical features.
      • Collaborate with design professionals to create bespoke solutions for clients seeking comprehensive interior concepts.
    • Team Management & Training
      • Supervise, coach, and evaluate showroom staff, ensuring adherence to our high-end service standards.
      • Assist with recruitment and develop training programs focusing on sales techniques and deep product knowledge.
    • Marketing & Events
      • Partner with marketing to organize showroom events, brand launches, and exclusive previews.
      • Contribute to targeted marketing strategies, leveraging private invitations and luxury platforms to draw elite clientele to CHT.
    • Administration & Reporting
      • Manage sales documentation, record-keeping, and financial procedures in coordination with the finance department.
      • Track showroom KPIs, analyze performance, and regularly update senior management with actionable insights.

    Qualifications & Skills

    The successful candidate will possess:

    • Experience
      • At least 5 years' experience in a showroom or luxury retail environment, preferably in furniture, interior design, or high-end consumer goods.
      • Proven track record in both operational and managerial roles, showing the ability to lead teams and meet sales objectives.
    • Industry Knowledge
      • Comprehensive understanding of premium or luxury furniture, design trends, and global brand standards.
      • Experience working with exclusive clientele, handling VIP events, and conducting private sales consultations.
    • Languages
      • Fluency in English is required.
      • Proficiency in Arabic and/or Russian is highly advantageous.
      • Additional language skills that reflect Dubai's cosmopolitan market are a plus.
    • Leadership & Interpersonal
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage discerning customers and corporate partners.
      • Inspirational leadership style that drives team performance and upholds the showroom's luxury positioning.
    • Organizational & Analytical Skills
      • Strong ability to handle day-to-day operations, prioritize tasks, and maintain consistently high service standards.
      • Familiarity with CRM systems, POS software, and MS Office for reporting and inventory management.
