Description

• To work closely with our accounts for the invoice received from our sales/project team, counterchecking the details of payment as well as checking the availability of material in our stock and if it is not available that has to forward to purchase department to process the order to factory. Noting that copy of invoice should complete with signed invoice from the client, delivery note and payment reference.
• To update the master file list for the new invoice received, materials delivered, balance item to be deliver, payment details and etcand to update and counter check in our system.
• Prepare daily delivery schedule and to coordinate and instruct our warehouse incharge to prepare the materials as per the delivery schedule and delivery note instruction. Making it sure that all the details are properly complete, wellcoordinated and well explain with our drivers to the client site locations.
• Coordinate with our sales/project team for the materials delivery priority request and at the same time reconfirming to client for the site locations and site readiness to accept the materials delivery. Making it sure that client site is ready to receive the materials, required tools and manpower to offload the materials. For container delivery we have to make it sure that we have our people to check, inspect and oversee the activity for the offloading of materials.
• Monitoring and checking of driver's activity as per the schedule.
