    Description

    One of our clients is a leadingreal estate agency committed in Dubai are looking for a ContentSpecialist to play a pivotal role in shaping their brand narrativeand engage with the audience through compelling content. Your keyresponsibilities willbe:

    • Develop and execute acontent strategy aligned with the agency sgoals.
    • Stay updated on real estatetrends market dynamics and audience preferences to create relevantcontent.
    • Manage a content calendarfor consistent delivery of real estaterelatedcontent.
    • Collaborate with marketingsales and design teams to align content with businessobjectives.
    • Create highqualitywritten visual and multimedia content for websites social media andmarketing materials.
    • Implement SEObest practices for enhanced content visibility across onlineplatforms.
    • Ensure content adheres tobrand guidelines maintaining a consistent and professional brandimage.
    • Produce insightful marketreports and analyses showcasing industryexpertise.
    • Craft engaging propertydescriptions highlighting unique selling points to attractbuyers.
    • Develop informative contentpieces including guides articles and blog posts educating clientson real estate trends.
    • Manage socialmedia curating content to engage and build brandawareness.
    • Collaborate with customerservice teams for consistent messaging and effective clientcommunication.
    • Utilize analyticstools to track and adjust content performance strategies based ondata insights.
    • Ensure all realestate content complies with legal and regulatory standardsincluding fair housinglaws.


    Requirements

    • Musthave at least 2 years of relevant experience in theUAE.
    • Be educated to degreelevel.
    • Be fluent in English alongwith your native language either Russian Italian French GermanChinese Arabic or Indian.
    • UAEDriving License
    • Have Good knowledgeof Dubai s Real Estate market
    • Becapable of growing a solid social mediapresence
