Responsibilities:

-
Customer Service:


  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing information about menu items, prices, and promotions.
  • Ensure a positive and memorable dining experience for customers.

Cash Handling:


  • Process customer transactions accurately using a cash register or pointofsale (POS) system.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers as needed.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer at all times.

Order Processing:


  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure timely order delivery.

Communication:


  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members in both English and Spanish.
  • Address customer concerns or issues promptly and escalate to the management team when necessary.

Closing Duties:


  • Reconcile cash register and complete the endofday financial procedures.
  • Assist in closing duties, including cleaning and organizing the cashier area.

Compliance:


  • Adhere to all cash handling and accounting procedures.
  • Follow health and safety regulations, as well as company policies.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish:


  • Proficient in both spoken and written Spanish to effectively communicate with Spanishspeaking customers.

Customer-Focused:


  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Cashiering Experience:


  • Previous experience as a cashier in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred.

Attention to Detail:


  • Accuracy in handling transactions and providing correct change.

Team Player:


  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
AED2, AED2,800.00 per month
