    Greeting and ensuring that guests areaccommodated are the primary roles of a hotel receptionist, oftenreferred to as a hotel front desk agent or clerk.

    The hotelreceptionist is typically the first hotel employee guests encounterwhen they arrive at a hotel, so easy conversationalists with awelcoming, courteous manner will help set the right tone in thisrole.

    They?re also tasked with managing reservations and checkingout guests. Receptionists work for both large hotel chains orsmaller, private facilities.

    Because hotels serve guests at allhours, receptionists may need to work weekend and holiday shiftsduring any range of the establishment?s operating hours.

    Responsibilities:
