Your central goal will be to prepare accurate estimate reports for projects by gathering information, analyzing important metrics, and conducting regular risk assessments.
Responsibilities:
Obtain customer's approval.
Inspects the damaged vehicle.
Prepare accurate repair estimates.
Negotiation of repair cost with the insurance.
Informs the vehicle status to the customer.
Taking photos.
Follow up for the LPO's, open parts.
Sending mails, photos and scanning documents to be send to the insurance people.
After finishing the estimates, informing the concerned insurance surveyors, for surveying the car.
Informing Service Advisors if any problem for the vehicle such as :
( License, police report, some approval from insurance).
Requirements:
High School graduated or educational courses related to customer service.3 years experience in customer service (preferred with any Automotive Agency/Dealer).Excellent communication skills in English (additional Arabic language is preferred).Smart AppearanceCan work under pressure.
