    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Social Work, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in case coordination or a similar healthcare role.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree (preferably related to medical).
    • With at least 2 years of work experience as a Case Coordinator or Patient Relations Officer in a healthcare facility such as Homecare, Hospital, Medical Center, or Clinic.
    • With Good Communication Skills in Arabic & English.
    • Immediately Available.
