We are on the lookout for a dedicated and skilled Specialist Colon and Rectal Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare organization. This position offers the opportunity to provide expert clinical care and surgical interventions to patients suffering from a variety of colorectal conditions.

As a Specialist Colon and Rectal Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating diseases of the colon, rectum, and anus, ensuring the best possible outcomes for your patients. Your role will involve comprehensive patient assessments, performing advanced surgical techniques, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop tailored treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze patients' medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic reports.
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab tests to confirm diagnoses.
• Develop treatment plans that may include surgical and non-surgical options.
• Perform various surgical procedures involving the colon and rectum, including minimally invasive techniques.
• Provide pre-operative consultations and post-operative care to ensure patient recovery.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care requirements.
• Work collaboratively with other specialists to provide comprehensive patient treatment.
• Maintain detailed and accurate medical records for all patient interactions.
• Stay current with medical advancements through continuous education and professional development.
• Adhere to ethical practices and contribute positively to the healthcare team's culture.

Requirements

• Medical degree and a valid license to practice as a Surgeon.
• Completion of residency training in General Surgery and a fellowship in Colon and Rectal Surgery.
• Extensive experience in performing colorectal surgeries and managing complex cases.
• Strong analytical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients and team members effectively.
• A cooperative approach to working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced medical environment.

Benefits

Working Time is Full Time.

Salary is AED 45K TO AED 90K
